This year, we have a very special guest speaker - David Donnelly of Donnelly Law,  our legal counsel for the SLCO's fight against the proposed Lippa Pit & Quarry.

David is one of Canada's leading environmental lawyers and an award-winning advocate for smart and environmentally-friendly growth.  The SLCO is a party to appeals against the Muskoka Lakes new Official Plan that includes safeguards against the aggregates industry and over-development of the waterfront, so important to the future of our beautiful lake. You won't want to miss what David has to say.

We'll also provide details of the Stand Up for Muskoka Rally, a joint effort by SLCO, The Muskoka Lakes Association (MLA) and other lake associations in support of the new Official Plan and council's determined fight to defend it.

As always it's a great opportunity to connect with fellow Skeleton Lakers, hear what your Board has been up to, say hi to our Mayors and Councillors, and check out some of the cool new merchandise we have to sell, the proceeds of which go to our lake defence fund.

And, if you haven't done so already, you'll be able to pick up your copy of this year's 2025 Skeleton Lake Yearbook, a special thank you to all our members.

We look forward to seeing you there!  There is ample parking for cars and limited spaces at the docks in designated areas.

    Registration opens at 12:30 p.m.

A BBQ will follow the AGM and Guest Speaker.

You must be an SLCO Member in good standing to vote at the meeting.  Payment for your Membership can be made at the meeting by credit card or cash.
