Notice of the online AGM will be emailed to Members three weeks prior to the meeting date. Instructions on how to join the Zoom meeting will be sent to registrants on the September 13th.
You must register here to receive the link to the zoom meeting and you must be a paid-up member in good standing.
If you typically renew your membership in person at the AGM and want to join us for our AGM zoom meeting, you should renew your membership prior to August 24th to get Notice. You can apply for or renew your membership up to Sept 12th to participate in the meeting.
